The GMAT is used by more than 6,000 business and management programs worldwide as an objective method to compare the academic potential of aspiring students—regardless of their degree, nationality, age, and sex. The test is available around the world, in many spcialized centers, throughout the year.
Composed of two parts—mathematics (arithmetic, algebra, geometry, word problems) and verbal knowledge—this book provides a clear, detailed, and schematic explanation of all the notions you need to know in order to achieve a good result on the test.
Both parts are enriched with a large number of examples that allow you to grasp the ideas fully.

Robert Stanton has been preparing students for the GMAT and other standardized American admission tests for over 30 years.
After graduating from Harvard and Yale, he went on to handle curriculum development and manage teacher training in the international headquarters of two of the world’s leading test preparation companies in New York and Paris, and he is now the Director of Studies and GMAT Specialist at EAS Milan.
His nickname “800Bob” refers to his perfect GMAT scores.
